Shipping Methods
Shipping is capped at £6.95 for Standard UK Delivery and £12.95 for the Rest of the World.
Collection orders will normally be sent out within 2-5 days using Royal Mail First Class. Items over the value of £150 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This allows items to be tracked and insured. You will need to be available to receive the delivery as a signature is required. We will contact you, via email once the item has been dispatched to provide you with a tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to track the delivery.
Bespoke Pieces will be sent out using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This allows items to be tracked and insured. You will need to be available to receive the delivery as a signature is required. We will contact you, via email, to arrange delivery on a day the suits you best once your piece is ready to ship.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any taxes and/or customs charges where these arise outside of the UK.
If you would like to receive your delivery on a specific day then contact us at hello@kindjewellery.com. Although we can't make any promises we will all we can to get it to you on, or as close, to your preferred date as possible.
Invoices
To reduce our impact on our beautiful world we don't print out our invoices. An invoice will be emailed to you when you make your order. If you would like to request a printed invoice to be sent with your order then please get in touch with us when you make your order.
Gifts
If you are ordering an item as a gift and would like us to include a special message then please contact us at hello@kindjewellery.com when you place your order.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Although we hope that you are completely happy with your piece of KIND Jewellery, we understand that occasionally you may want to return something. In this case please email us at hello@kindjewellery.com to let us know the reason for the return within 14 days of despatch. Whilst we are happy to refund or exchange items (sadly not earrings due to hygiene reasons) providing they are in their original condition and packaging, delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
When returning an item, please ensure you use adequate packaging, post it using a Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent, and insure to the retail value. All returns are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK (unless the item is faulty).

Commissioned pieces (including customised ring sizes) & pieces with personalised engravings cannot be returned unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do all that we can to make sure you get what you want, when you want it. However once goods have been dispatched we can not make changes to the order. All Customised pieces are non returnable / refundable.
